I’ve recently improved some graphics from my game.
Next: design a little level.
So yeah… I think i’m working on a game made totally by my own for the first time. Currently focusing on code, will work on graphics later.
What I currently have:
-Parallax system
-Dying/Restarting Level system
-Score system (Just grab coins and a counter)
-Rotating tumbleweed can be affected by different forces (jumping, +speed, etc.)
-Moving platforms
-Sound system for jumps, fall offs, coin collect, etc.
Very simple elements but I just finished a tutorial series and I want to turn the result into a game. By the way I’ve made some things that didn’t get explained in the tutorials, and I think this is the right way to learn.
I strongly recommend you Brackeys tutorial series if you’re just a beginner like me :)
Dungeon Monsters - Critters is my last Unity3D package! It contains 3 animated monsters with 5 different textures each one.
Still a lot to learn from animating but it has been a really fun job. Currently thinking in the next one for Halloween :)
Check it out at http://u3d.as/98G
All animations are done! Now it is time to make some alternative textures.
Modeled, textured and rigged. Next step: animations! And the enemy package will be done :)
Spider’s legs will be a funny challenge for sure. Updates soon.
Another enemy monster completed for a Unity3D Asset Store 3D models compilation. Now it is time for the next enemy!
